Who We Are

Chris is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya and a Certified Public Secretary (CS)/Corporation Secretary. He is also a registered Patent and Trademark Agent with the Kenya Industrial Property Institute (KIPI). Currently pursuing his Master's degree in Law, Chris brings a wealth of experience in corporate governance, commercial law, and intellectual property. His practice focuses on delivering strategic legal solutions that blend technical expertise with practical business insight, making him a valuable asset to both corporate and individual clients. He is known for his meticulous approach to corporate compliance, helping clients protect their innovations, safeguard their brands, and structure their organizations for long-term, sustainable growth across diverse industries and sectors.

Stephanie Anastacey Olilo is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya with experience in litigation, dispute resolution, commercial law, employment and labour matters, land and property disputes, constitutional and administrative law, and general legal advisory.

She is a diligent and strategic advocate committed to providing practical, client-focused legal solutions. Her practice is distinguished by thorough preparation, attention to detail and a strong commitment to achieving favourable outcomes for her clients.

She appears before various courts and tribunals in Kenya and approaches every matter with professionalism, integrity and dedication. She works closely with clients to understand their objectives and to craft legal strategies that are both sound and practical.

Lilian Nkatha Ncubiri is a legal professional with experience in litigation, commercial law, conveyancing, legal research and legal drafting. She holds an LL.B from Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology and has completed the Advocates Training Programme at the Kenya School of Law. She has also completed her pupillage and is currently awaiting admission to the Bar. She works as part of legal teams advising and supporting clients on a range of legal matters, with a particular focus on litigation, commercial transactions, conveyancing and general legal advisory.

Lilian also serves as an Associate Editor at ADR & the Law, where she works with contributors to develop and refine legal content and keeps abreast of emerging developments in alternative dispute resolution and the broader legal field.

Seana Mutinda is the IT Consultant in the Firm. She is responsible for managing the firm's technology infrastructure and ensuring the seamless integration of digital tools and platforms across the organization. With a strong background in Information Technology and a keen interest in Legal Tech, she oversees the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of the firm's various software applications, databases, and communication systems. Seana assists the firm to leverage digital technology to enhance their productivity, collaboration and client service.

Felisha Onsombi is the Real Estate Manger in the Conveyancing Department. She has expertise in property law and real estate transactions. She has a robust understanding of the intricacies involved in property management and conveyancing. She excels in managing complex property deals, ensuring seamless transactions, and providing expert legal guidance. Felisha holds a Bachelor of Real Estate Degree from the University of Nairobi. She is a registered Graduate Member of the Institution of Surveyors of Kenya (GMISK) in the VEMS Chapter. 

Denis is a Process Server and Administrative Clerk with the firm. He specializes in office management, logistical coordination, and conveyancing support. With strong organizational and interpersonal skills, Denis ensures the smooth execution of daily operations and timely delivery of client services, making him an essential part of the firm’s administrative and legal support team.
